陈家沟太极拳景区3.8亿元债权转让

　　【大河財立方消息】 6月11日消息，陳家溝太極拳景區3.8億元債權資產轉讓，含1.59億元本金、2.22億元利息。

　　該債權抵押物為陳家溝太極拳發展有限公司所擁有的房產土地，商業房產建築面積6.5萬㎡及土地使用面積9.4萬㎡，抵押物位於溫縣陳家溝村。
